At this time Footdefense.com offers Ground Shipping and 2nd Day. Orders may be shipped to one address only.

Standard (Free Shipping)
In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order and are shipped via UPS Ground. Depending upon where you live, your package should arrive in 2-6 business days. Standard Shipping is free.

Second Day Shipping
In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your orderl. Depending upon where you live, your package should arrive in 1-2 business days. Charges for second day shipping are as follows:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Availability of these payment methods depends upon the manner in which the Customer places an order, as described more fully below.

Ordering By the Footdefense.com Store: Please fill in all the required fields when ordering via the Footdefense.com order form. We use 128 bit encryption between your browser and our server (highest level for browsers) and 1024 bit encryption between our servers and our office to retrieve and process orders. We accept on-line orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Canadian Orders
Please Note: Orders shipped to international addresses from our U.S. site do not include VAT. If you order from www.footwearnmore.com or www.footdefense.com and require delivery to Canada, taxes and applicable duty charges will need to be paid by the recipient.

Returns

To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:

Use the Return Address Label found on the front of the packing list.

Use the original outer shipping carton to return the shoes. Do not use the product box alone.

All products must be dropped off at an acceptable UPS dropoff center.

We will not refund any applicable shipping charges.

The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.

Returns past 45 days will result in credit not being issued.

Color
Footdefense.com maintains a high standard of quality in the representation of their product. We have made every effort to portray our product as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund minus any applicable shipping charges.
